Develop practical solutions and recommendations to enable the business and
its staff to meet or exceed the stated objectives.
Execution
Implementation
Work with management, staff and other stakeholders to ensure recommendations are implemented effectively.
Post Implementation Review
Monitor progress and address implementation issues. Assess effectiveness of programmes and changes implemented and workplace performance and identify any further changes, training or development opportunities.
