By accessing, browsing or using this Website, you agree to these terms, conditions and disclaimers as amended from time to time ("Terms and Conditions") and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing an item from this Website you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

TeamRed Solutions may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendment will be effective immediately upon being posted on this Website. Your continued use of this Website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as so amended.

Privacy Policy

Information Collection

TeamRed Solutions (TRS) will not collect any personal information about you (that is, your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily through visible means of data entry or collection. If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not submit it to us. You may supply information by responding to online surveys and registration pages, subscribing to our newsletters, placing an order on-line, or sending an e-mail to TRS. Please be aware that by using this site and sending information to us electronically, you consent to trans-border and international transmission of any data that you may choose to supply us. Information transmissions to this site and e-mails sent to us may not be secure. Given the inherent operation and nature of the Internet, all Internet transmissions are done at your own risk. If you provide us your email address, you agree to allow us to correspond with you and send you information periodically.

Transactional Information
When you provide any User Information you are representing and warranting that all of the information provided is true and correct and are agreeing to indemnify TeamRed Solutions for any losses, costs expenses or damages that TeamRed Solutions may suffer if any of this information is not correct. You must not transmit or attempt to transmit any material of any kind to this Website which contains a virus, malicious computer code or other harmful component or otherwise attempt to alter any of the content on this Website.

All information related to financial transactions performed my TRS are processed by 3rd party systems. The privacy policies for these systems can be accessed below:

All transactions conducted with TRS and all prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars. TRS delivery is charged at a minimum rate of $5 on all orders involving shipping of goods. Product delivery should be within 15 working days. If stock is not readily available a TRS employee will notify you of a slight delay. Payment will not be processed until all shipping charges have been confirmed and accepted by you. Upon submission of your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the order.

Special notice to users of the HBDI™ Survey form:

In order to complete the HBDI™ Survey Form, the respondent must supply some personal information such as: name, telephone number, address, and preferences among various thinking style descriptors. Herrmann International Asia uses this information to calculate the HBDI™ Profile provided to TRS. Some additional demographic and research information is optional and is noted as such on the form.

The data resulting from the 120 questions on the HBDI™ survey are used to create a “profile” transparency page, “data summary sheet”, “narrative description” and “mini profile” page, all of which are printed and packaged in a sealed, confidential packet. These packets will be provided by a TRS certified HBDI™ practitioner directly to the respondent.

HBDI™ information is collected and calculated in a database secured behind a firewall and is accessible only to designated employees of Herrmann International Asia and TRS who are accredited HBDI™ practitioners and under contract to maintain its confidentiality. The use and confidentiality of HBDI™ data by the TRS’s accredited practitioners is governed by the Herrmann International Asia  Licensing Agreement and you agree to its terms by use of this survey.

Use of Information

The information TeamRed Solutions collects is used for the following purposes: 1) to improve the content of our website, 2) to notify customers about updates to our website, and 3) to contact customers for marketing and assistance purposes. Information collected through this site may be supplied to affiliates of TRS and other companies TRS has asked to perform work for us under contract, but will only be done so with your permission. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.

User Conduct

You shall not in any manner: (i) distribute, use or make copies of, or otherwise duplicate any materials contained on our website, except as expressly authorized under these Terms or authorized by TeamRed Solutions; (ii) make our website, or any Materials contained on our website, available to any unauthorized third party; (iii) sell, loan, rent, lease, re-license, sublicense, transmit, distribute, re-distribute, or timeshare our website, or create any Internet "link" to the Website without prior express written authorization from TeamRed Solutions, or "frame" or "mirror" the materials or services contained on or accessible from our website on any other server or Internet-based device; (iv) cause or permit the reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation of, or any other attempt to derive any software comprising or available through the Website, except to the extent permitted by law; or (v) remove, alter, amend, or otherwise tamper with any titles, trademarks, copyright, restricted rights notices, or other proprietary rights legend, or any license agreement, included or provided with our website. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of WA, Western Australia. You and TeamRed Solutions agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of WA. If any provision(s) of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. TeamRed Solutions's failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by TeamRed Solutions in writing.
