START THINKING
Overview
The Start Thinking course will help you understand and apply Whole Brain Thinking and the concepts of thinking preferences to everyday aspects of your work roles such as; problem solving, decision making and communication. You will receive the results of your individual Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) profile along with pertinent information on how those results might influence your everyday thinking and the implications.
Where most other assessments end with a single report, the HBDI™ offers a valuable range of applications. What makes HBDI™ standout is that identifying your thinking style preference is only the first step. Not only is it valuable for individuals wanting to improve their knowledge and skills it provides enormous opportunities for organisations wanting to:

Objectives
• Understand your individual HBDI profile and the implications of that profile.
• Gain acceptance of the Whole Brain Model as a valid model of thinking and a shared mental model for your team and your business as a whole.
• See the application of the Whole Brain Model as a tool to be used in handling day-to-day business issues.
• Understand the strengths and frustrations for each of the four different thinking preferences.
• Recognise the contribution of all thinking preferences.
Outline
• Complete the Diversity exercise to demonstrate the Whole Brain Model in action.
• Apply Whole Brain thinking to everyday reality.
• Search for preference clues to discover how others prefer to think and its implications to individuals.
• Examine and debrief your profile.
• Explore consequences of profiles and discover that every profile is a good profile.
• Apply Whole brain Technology to business issues.

All courses are delivered at our training facility at Unit 2, 14 Brodie Hall Drive Bentley. Plenty of street parking is available within short walking distance of the premises

Course starts at 8.30am and and finishes at 12.30pm
